Still no software update on the rizta dashboard. So frustrating.
1st - Delivery for 3.7kwh version scooter is delayed.
2nd - Phase 1 software update is delayed.
3rd - Obviously they will delay phase 2 software update.
4th - Accessories availability is delayed.
5th - Halo Helmet delivery is delayed.
Delay in everything except scooter launch.

For the people who got the app updated but still waiting for Dashboard update- You’ll need to wait for your turn. As per Ather team, they say it’s being rolled out batch by batch and should be completed by 31st of this month for all the scooters. It could happen any time soon but max by 31st at any cost.

I’m getting 115-120 max on Smart Eco and 85 on Zip. I follow the 80-20 rule where I only put the vehicle to charge when it’s 20% or below and only charge it up to 80% to keep the good battery life. Also I never used Grids which has fast charging which will affect battery life

Is anyone facing Sudden variations on drive modes on Rizta? I own 3.7kw model and been using it from the past week. Few times I noticed the vehicle traveling in Zip mode even though it’s in Smart Eco. The dashboard shows Smart Eco and good range but vehicle is actually traveling in Zip mode as I can clearly feel. This has to be some sort of glitch which could effect our trip especially when you planned according to the range. Please advise

Not a glitch. It just means you are riding very efficiently. SmartEco mode is supposed work like that.
On the 450X there are 4 modes Eco, Ride, Sport, Warp. SmartEco combines 3 of the modes (Eco, Ride, Sport) into one mode and adjusts the acceleration based on your real-time efficiency to give you the claimed TrueRange.
Similar implementation on rizta also. But riding modes are different.
It would be easier to understand if Rizta has the Wings of Power UI like the 450X which helps us understand the availability of the power by the color and width of the band, in SmartEco.

I always use zip mode and getting around 105 KM. It shows 125ish in SmartEco but never tested it for full range.

You get backrest in 3.7 KWh model. Other accessories you need to buy.

Backrest is included in both Rizta z and z+ model. rest of the accessories needs to buy. I only bought very necessary accessories as below.
- Floor mat
- scooter cover
- Boot Organiser (bag)
- side stand for women
from the above list, I only got Side stand and boot organiser till now. I am still waiting for rest of the accessories.

I received this at around 10 PM yesterday, then checked the scooter around 1 AM but didn’t see any popup or option to update. Don’t know how this works

Back rest is included with the vehicle… apart from that everything you need to buy

It should happen over night automatically. For me I got the same update yesterday morning . Yesterday evening my phone app got updated . On checking now the Vehicle dashboard also got updated.

Yes, only back rest is free with this model. Rest everything needs to be purchased. I would appreciate Ather if they could at least offer Cleaning kit for free for top model which is worth 700 bucks as we are paying close to 1.8 lakh. On the other hand there was an offer going on when I got the delivery for Storage unit as I got it for just 500 against it’s original price of 1.5k. I did check if other accessories got any offers but they said only this had an offer which is still good. Only problem is that we are still waiting for other accessories to be available at showrooms as they only got Cleaning kit, Fronk and storage unit available now. Body guard is priority in my opinion and should be available earlier.
