Is this issue is normal ? It was not there on day 1 but recently I noticed it after 7k kilometers on ODO. Whenever I go on speed bumps the rear sping collides and makes metal to metal collision noise! I also checked it by manually compressing scooter on rear grab rails when scooter is in side stand and I found the same collision noise
mine makes a click on decompressing with pillion or if lifted by grab handles does it happen on yours too?
Yeah it’s there and makes thud sound
+1 me too tho it was changed under warranty but it came back after completing 8k kms.

Probably Rear Suspension is Gone bro. If Your Vehicle is less 36 Months Old. Then You can change it under warranty.
I didn’t reply because my New Suspension just 3-4k Old feels like you mentioned. So I am so confused to put any Input 
Hi i have purchased rizta in November 2024. After visiting the service center for first time to get the software update, i have noticed the same issue in my rear suspension. I reported the incident and my suspension was replaced under warranty. In less than a day the noise appeared and this time they did some drive cuain adjustment and blah blah which didnt solve the problem. Ultimately they replaced my suspension again under warranty and finally its solved for now. SC guys said its a manufacturing defect and they are awaiting response from Ather back end team regarding the issue. May be the suspension of Ather scooters is not tested rigorously during development phase and we are facing the consequences of it.
Hi Upendra, I’m also facing the exact same rear suspension coil binding issue on my Ather. Just wanted to check — has your issue been resolved? If yes, could you share what solution or part replacement was done?

Bro my Ather belt is making keech keech noise when I drive they told it was mud in the belt and i sent it for belt wash for 200 in Ather showroom still the sound comes,and the rear tyre when on bumps make metal clinging sound aswell
Either Belt is Gone or Lose bro
Particularly on Speed Breakers or Entire Ride bro
When Wheel Bearings are about to end their Life, We will hear clinging noise bro
But I just bought it three months ago and rode 2000 km
Then Belt is Loose and Ask them to Check the Rear Wheel Bearings Once
If Anything Worng, You will get it covered under Warranty. Btw Which City
