I really hope they give us a call or something before they deliver it to us I contacted them for this size difference they told me to send an email to merch team still waiting for them to reply me back

The merch support is very pathetic. I’ve mailed them regarding a different accessory like 4 times. Never got a reply from them.
That’s why I mailed the Customer Care email, who at least give reply.

Samesies😁. I chose XL for the Halo. My head size turned out to be 60. At the Community Day, I tried the L size of Halo, it was a little bit tight for me. So I went with the next size.

Wow that’s strange I had to call em regarding the size issue they told me again to msg the merch and all ignore all that But when I asked them about the delivery dates they told within this week
I hope they change the size till then
