450 -> 450X upgrade program for current owners
For those of our 450 Owners who are looking to upgrade to the 450X, we announced back in January that we’d be sharing a Ather Health Certificate with details of the ride and service history, health of the battery and ride performance.
We’ve been in talks with various potential partners about an easy way to upgrade, but due to the COVID related economic impact, their appetite to take a risk on this is low.
However, we’re working on a P2P platform initiative to reduce the hassle of resale for those looking to upgrade. The aim is enable:
- Aggregation of demand for second hand Ather 450s. There are lots of people who want to switch to electric at a lower upfront cost. A second hand Ather 450 would be a perfect way to enter into the world of electric vehicles.
- An interface for buyers and sellers to provide their requirements.
- Connecting relevant buyers and sellers only
