Dot charger not working

Hi,

My Ather 450 X gen 2 Dot charger not working since two weeks.

  1. When I connect the charger it only clicks sometimes, most of the times it doesn’t. Whenever it clicks charging is fine. When it doesn’t charging happens, but stops midnight with red light.

  2. Visited thrice to hennur centre, I must say they are of no use. I literally begged them if someone can visit home which is not even 3 kms distance. They simply upgraded my charger and said no issue. I come home and issue persists.

  3. Does the charging dock click has to do only with physical lock ? Or anything else? How else can I solve this issue. Feeling helpless at this point.
