Does the portable charger work with extension boards?

Dot and portable charger are exactly the same wrt specs, better get a portable one. Only benefit of dot is that its convenient to put at home and charge. You can do the same with portable one, and also use it while away from home if needed.

has tad bit water resistance than the portable one. It charges only to your scooter as a security measure and has longer charging end cable. Also no need for tricky holder setup to keep it in your charging space.

And it can fit in the boot.

Can be either. Can be wall mounted to hang, or drilled into the wall.
