Yes, it is not free in some places.
Our presence at iconic places like ITPL is important as it has a captive footfall of greater than 50k people on weekdays and many of our customers work there and can take advantage of the same.
And at some places, you may need to show your GOVT issued ID card to enter too. We are aware of the strict process to enter ITPL, and unfortunately, we can’t change that as it is a part of their security procedure. Based on our past experience if you have a valid govt. ID card they do let you in. To prevent our customers from this hassle we have put up 2 charging stations very close to this place, Park Square Mall and little ahead Forum Shantiniketan mall.
