They have updated the note beside autohold option in settings and mentioned that symbol means autohold unavailable

Standard warranty is 3 years battery 3 years vehicle

If you buy pro pack you get 5 year battery and 3 years vehicle warranty.

If you want 8 years battery warranty buy eight70 add-on by paying 5k extra.

If you want 5 years vehicle warranty buy extended component warranty add-on by paying 3.5k extra

My rizta got an OTA update, new dashboard software version Atherstack 30.07.21-202604. Default range in zip mode at 100% soc is now 105 kms 🤷🏻‍♂ it’s been 5 months since features are announced in ACD25 how many more months waiting for voice on Ather and other features which are already announced.

How many more years for infinite cruise and dark mode in rizta

Mine happening since yesterday (as on 26.04.2026), - Mine Rizta Z 3.7 (1 month old), before this my rizta get syncing every 10-15 mints, now its random, when it desire. :roll_eyes:

Yes it had came at certain speed range 13- 15 kmph & 26-30 kmph , feel vibration on footboard in my rizta. I am also confused it was fault or it is normal.

Okay thanks . And in my app I have basic normal ui without pro pack and suddenly for 5 mins it showed that your Ather rizta is preparing for delivery. And then I confirmed the delivery with an otp . Then again the ui changed to normal basic one and pro pack hasn’t updated yet . I tried rebooting my rizta by pressing two brake levers and power button too . But it’s not rebooting…

If you drive at 30-35 then for every 1.5 kms,1% battery will be consumed in zip mode. I have tried doing this for a week. Your efficiency can reach up to 56 km/unit.

Me as Rizta Owner - 3.7 - Ver. Rizta Z - March 2026 (origin Dec 2025)

Here is the things I understand so far, - my like, dislike and if something you folks can help me with - welcome. (My riding always Smart Eco)

  1. Rizta Z 3.7 will give you 125km+ (127-130) if you ride it continuous with Magic Twist and Coasting Regen with Battery 100-0
  2. But if we ride (like any normal ice/ev) in city commute (my max 20km/day) then it give 90 (max) (Hypothetically) As we do enter panic mode (charging) everytime battery discharge to near 20%
  3. It does not start Coasting Regen until battery drops bellow 90%
  4. Also speed cap enabled at 50km when battery inbtwn 90-100%, only bellow 90% I can get 60-65 in Smart eco
  5. The tire pressure I do not understand at-all, sometime when tire pressure I give 32(f) -34(b) - it stays same for next 15 days, max 10% drop - again sometime it drops 40-45% i.e 20(f)-22(b), Solo/pylon/pylon+kid (its a mix ride - sometime this - sometime that)
  6. 450 all models have handle grip cover, rizta (officially) does not have - why I do not understand, in rain weather rizta handle grip also get wet, in hot it get sweaty.
  7. I get wrist and elbow pain - in 30 mints city ride - any idea how to lower it?
  8. It can detect rainy weather, on those time speed cap to max 35
  9. The hooks are just like toys, every time I hooked something, with little bumps it always fell, even the free helmet Ather gives also fall
  10. Till today I do not know why I purchased USB Adapter (Rs. 499) and Spend Rs. 150 for additional (type-c to type-c), cause I only checked once if its works - then till date never. After-all I always in fear that battery will be less if I charge.
  11. Headlight is not sufficient, even high beam not great, many ICE Scooty, Chetak etc have much better head light.
  12. I will update more when I got more info, Till then over all its a great ev.

Its fixed by somehow, now delayed by 2-5 mins. But sync okay.
