I suggest you to Visit Service Centers for Such Accessories Replacements.
I have placed an order as well. I raised a concern and they told they will start shipping this week as they received huge orders.
Bro, it wasn’t available in the SC and they weren’t aware of such accessories launched. So, I placed order online.

Opps I feel sad for you man, A Week back I was in a Call with Ather CC. That Time I spoke about this Issue. Asked them to Make an Order Tracking System for the Customer Who are Order thru Ather Website.
