I have asked Jp nagar store for prices and quotation but when I compared it with Electronic City store there was a price difference and the salespersons reply was very bad

So what’s wrong in that? There can always be difference between 2 showrooms. Someone wants more commission others are okay with lesser share.
Though the salesman talking to you badly is a bad thing. This should be looked upon.
The overall difference was around 5k

Same here, Ather JP nagar service center poor. My scooter was giving good range but after recent service(charger plug change & Tyre change), the range drastically dropped 50%, upon inquiring I got to know that for gen 2 scooters Ather need to update the software & then it will give the expected range. But called customer care, they are not aware & told to go to service center & when I call service center they told it has to be done from Ather back-end. Customer care not at all worried or direct customers, totally sucks. Recommend others to not to buy Ather
