I too didn’t find any link. I have only the physical copy that was given at delivery.
There’s an option to request invoice if you select self insurance option. Once your vehicle invoicing is done, you’ll get an email with the invoice copy, which can be used for purchasing insurance on your own.
It’s an option for those who want to purchase insurance on their own
Have you done your Form 20 signed? What is your order id… so i can guess my process:unamused:
@abhishek.balaji I also came to know that there is a problem generating invoice when i spoke with cc. They said my vehicle will be sent for registration only after my invoice is generated and they even said friday they will get a update on when the invoices will be generated. Its 10 days back i signed my form 20. Problem generating invoice…!
i havent even signed the form 20 yet. its already 9 days since i did my payment. Dont know what the issue is. if there are issues related to parts manufacturing or something else then its a valid point. but what could be the issue with invoicing ??? amused and confused.

Which app you used to track and you took delivery tomorrow?
Please take Husky along during delivery and introduce him to the new family member.
I used the Ather app to see where is my flight as it’s sync with the app.
Yes, I’m taking Peace Rover tomorrow home. Delivery scheduled at 1:30 to 2 PM
He would drive me crazy. Instead me driving the flight peacefully

@abhishek.balaji sir is there an issue in generating invoice ? can you please confirm on this regard ? because we are unable to rely on the info that the CC is providing. In my case they were clueless whether i have uploaded the documents or not and whether insurance is purchased or not. Hence raising query here.

My delivery is scheduled tomorrow morning 10 30 but in the app it is showing expected delivery is 8-18 march

Yes, to get the details. You should log out and log in on the Ather app.
Just did signing off form 20.
Pre order Feb 5th (338xx) Payment link opened on 24th feb Payment done on 26th feb Proper documents submitted on 28th feb Form 20 signed 5th march Yet to hear about registration, dot installation and delivery.

Same thing they told me today as well. Last week the cc said that invoice would be generated this week and now they say next week.

Hey @abhishek.balaji I am also facing the same delay others are in terms of registration. Payment done on 26th. Resubmitted documents on 28th and no update. Same experience with CC as above with them giving me a standard please wait for 4-5 more working days for an update. As per the website registration is scheduled for 11th-16th. Hopefully it’ll be within that range.
