Finally, delivery done .
So had my Ather Dot installed two days back. Found out that there is absolutely no earthing whatsoever.
Had to get that done and a new MCB for 6k.

i signed my form 20 on 25-02,
i paid my downpayment and my insurance on 17th feb,
but my vehicle is not yet gone for registration,
while i called cc they say they have to check with back end team, which is not available right now,
i have waited patiently. The loan person says your loan term is started and the first emi starts from 8th of april, can i expect the vehicle atleast a month early than my first emi…? @abhishek.balaji please reply…
Once you get the registration no., Ather will place an order for HSRP(High Security Registration Plate) to the vendor, which would take 2-4 days based on the current pace of deliveries made.
Later you’ll get a call for scheduling delivery.
My vehicle got registered last Wednesday and I got call by Saturday to take delivery on Tuesday, which is 5 days from the date of registration.
My payment window opened on 24.2.2020 and i made my payment on 26.2.2020. Uploaded the docs the same day but there was some clarity issue with the docs i uploaded. spoke with customer care on the same and they said if i uploaded the clear docs by 28.2.2020 they can send the vehicle for registration by 2.3.2020. When i call CC every time some one new is picking up the call and when i say that my documentation is done the CC guy is asking “oh is documentation done?” They are clueless of my order status. I didnt get any call from the CC regarding FORM20 signing or neither my vehicle is sent for registration as per CC assurance that he will be sending the vehicle by 2.3.2020. @abhishek.balaji can you please look into this and do the needful? as of today its been 8 days and i have not got any update on my order be it form 20 signing or vehicle being sent for registration. Please look into this. As per ATHER’s promise on delivering vehicle within 15 days from the day full payment is made, in my case already 8 days passed. i dont believe mine will be delivered any soon
