Got my Registration No. plate. Woohoo!

Good chance you haven’t. When I got the same email, I was told the number had come in but the number plate wasn’t actually ready and that an order for the same was given out to the vendor. Give it a day for the number plate and at least another day for the polishing, updating, charging, shipping to EC. Presently, this is what I am being told by CS.

Ahh. The number of people I see postponing their deliveries is surprising. Am I the only one who needs the scooter really early?

The expected delivery timeline on dashboard was 5th to 10th Mar. Hence planned my travel and I didn’t expect it will happen early.

As per my knowledge while charging and vehicle is locked …charger point can’t be pulled out …but in my ather I am able to pull out. What shall I do ??

By right, it should get locked and cable should not come out during the charging. However this is not a serious issue and you may notify Customer Care during your next service.

Hooo when i see in this conversation deliveries are happening for 19K series… I have done my insurance and payment on Feb 19 my order id 3729* is so far from all this… worried whether ill get my bike earliest…

dont worry bro. just call the CC and confirm if the docs that you submitted are fine. else they will tell you to upload again. with in a week or a week and a half you should get the scooter. since the payment is done you should get it in 15 day time frame. dont worry.

but this wait will kill us. even my payment is done. insurance is done. form 20, dot installation, and delivery pending
