Signed Form 20 today Afternoon. Got call for Dot Installation and scheduled on Saturday 1:30 PM.
While signing, I saw so many Form 20s with the guy who visited my office and felt happy to know many are getting delivery in upcoming weeks.
I stay in a rented house, first I though House Owner will not agree and I called him
Me: Hi I’m buying a scooter
Owner: Okay
Me: It’s a electric scooter and they are going to drill 4 holes for a charger to fix by Saturday.
Owner: Which vehicle?
Me: Ather (Thinking that he doesn’t know about it)
Owner: Ooh Ather! Goooood! (I didn’t realise he stays in Indra Nagar 
) I’ll come tomorrow to Hormavu, let’s decide where to fix)
Me:

From the payment till the schedule for Dot Installation, I was fine. But, when I realized how to explain to the House Owner. It was like you forgot who is your boss and all of a sudden he calls you to the cabin without telling any reason. Crazy part was I have Rehearsed 2 different pitch to speak with him.
So far, so good. Now it’s tik tok, tik tok, tik tok for Wheee!

Here mine.
- 13th Feb done payment. Same day got invoice bought insurecne from thirdparty. 8 Pm uploaded insurece certificate.
- 14th Morning got call from Ather guy signed form 20 in between work and home on road
. - 15h Went for registration. Same day got Ka51 XXXX got sms. And downloaded RC
- 20th Got mail your Licecen plate arrived. Dot Shipped by Fedex. My firm Fedex tie up with Fedex called Fedex team shedulled early monring delivery. Shedulled Electrical guy morning 11 AM
- I am out of town from 22nd to 2nd March. I will take delivery on March 4th. Silky Smooth.

That information will not be provided. Keep checking your dashboard for the delivery timelines as they are mostly accurate.
oh ok sir. my delivery is around march - april. so just curious that the payment window will be open by march first week itself or it may take for the payment window to open till april end also ?
You will get payment link mid apr to end apr.

Payment window for the order id 19K series had opened on last Friday, 14 Feb. Not sure with the current status.
Usually everyone will post it here once the payment window is open, thats the only possible way to know it.

Today Dot Installation scheduled around 1:30 PM. Will I get call?
I haven’t got any SMS or Email or Update in the Dashboard. Still it shows the below screen on the dashboard
This was the message till I got delivery but the schedule they gave over phone was adhered to

Doesn’t seem like the throttle rotates in negative direction (opposite of accelerate) as suggested in this thread . So, not sure if regen is available?
Thanks, I got a call few minutes back for confirming the location. They are on the way.

The reverse throttle feature does not work if your SoC is above 85% or if your speed is less than 20kmph.

Ah ok, thanks. But does it mean that the throttle itself will not rotate!?
Correct. The throttle will not move in the reverse direction if both conditions are not met.
Funny thing, I subconsciously do the reverse twist when I take the activa for a drive!.

Simply concept …If you r rotating motor …it will produce current …if you r giving current …motor will rotate …
So when you r not giving throttle …due to vehicle speed motor will rotate and will produce current …this current will charge battery …this is called regenerative braking …
It’s not related with disc brake …disc braking won’t create current …
Finally, got to use it but there is no feedback on the throttle (hardly rotates in the negative direction). The slight drop in speed is what made me guess that regen was happening
