I’m also waiting for ather confirmation call this month.
ideally person who comes to install charging pod will provide u the form and owner should sign and return the same
my case because there was a public holiday in between Ather sent a guy just for this to my home on friday

once u make complete payment (within a week) - they let u know and fix a schedule

it was there on all Production vehicles
mandate from government
no Side foot step for Women but Saree Guard!!!
but still foot step is no more a concern for me as my mom is able to mange and she is comfortable.

hope this is simple to remember
havent opted for charger
but planning to in near future - may be in couple of months
