When I plugged the charger in to charge yesterday, a short circuit explosion occurred, causing the plug get damaged. I went to the closest service centre, but the plug was unavailable, and they said it would take 15 days for a simple plug. After hearing this, I’m really dissatisfied. Currently charging nearby charging station and visiting other services centre hope I get plug and get it repaired soon

Any update? I have been to service centre and they say to change the top plug with other 3 pin plug and also they say to order that Ather plug take 15 days and no entry or any confirmation has been done for order and say come after 15 days
