This is about secondary belt issue
My belt frist broke in 30 th july 2025 , at 11 k kilometer which got replaced in warrenty (it was broken from middle not wear and tear had good theeth for belt ) so i dont have cared such issue
Some days later i changed my tyre at 14 august 2025 at 7:40 pm from Michelin store
Days btw was Holiday
Belt tension was done at 18 august 2025
At 22,992 km, my belt again broken at 19 june 2026 from middle (photo will be shared)
All service were done timely 15 k,20k
Again the same thing happened when i was exiting flyover there was some hump then the belt have broken
The belt has good theeth Its broken from middle Even it was not my issue
So i got rejected for warrenty where its not my fault some manfucating releated issue
The failure pattern clearly shows an abnormal issue with the belt.This is the second belt failure, and both failures occurred in the same manner. A drive belt is expected to wear gradually over time, not suddenly break from the middle at such low mileage. The repeated nature of this failure clearly indicates a manufacturing defect, material defect, or quality issue rather than normal wear and tear.
So everyone be careful about this issue
