The issue will be resolved for everyone soon! 
The Ather App is going through a system migration, hence your service history is not visible. Once it’s done, you will be able to view your service history.

Ik this is gonna be out of topic but what happed to Right to repair page seems u guys terminated it without any reason or so nor did it have any toxicity on the page

So I got an update on my 450X today and I noticed something after the update. My phone connected to the scooter even though it wasn’t turned on. It was really fast. Maybe some upcoming features will use this hopefully. I feel they are cooking something really interesting.

Got an update notification on my 450x gen 2, and probably after the update, it bricked itself. Tried everything, from rebooting the dash to keeping it plugged in, nothing works, its just dead. Just dropped it to the SC, they’re saying they might have to change the display… umm why? Doesn’t make sense if it was a botched update as it is basically an android tablet and they should be able to reflash atherstack on to it.

Turns out, it was a botched update. To top it off, the front brake lever switch was bad because of which it wouldn’t perform the soft reset. Got it replaced by the SC and that fixed everything.

I have 450s gen 3, They are promising updates but not giving for TFTs, same with Ather Stack 7 upcoming future updates, my scooter is still with Stack 5, not got Ping my scooter uptill now

ping feature will not come to 450s as the dash hardware might be same as 450x with no screen still it has some limitations regarding waking it when idle

Hey folks, I received a software update in my Rizta today. Touchscreen is now enabled, and joystick seems to be disabled now. Has anyone else received it? I couldn’t find anything on this forum when I searched.

Push location to scooter in Ather app is not working after Ather stack update in my 450x. Service centre unable to resolve issue.
