Bro, I get it - Ather may have sold 1 million vehicles and they may all be running fine. But I purchased only ONE vehicle. If I had purchased 1 million vehicles, I wouldn’t care if one had a problem. But I bought only one, with my hard-earned money. And that one vehicle has a life-threatening brake issue that their service center is not able to fix after 4 attempts. For Ather it’s 1 out of 1 million. For me, it’s 100% of my purchase. I request Ather to understand the customer’s pain and safety.
