Could anyone please tell if there is any facility to pause the Ather one plan ? Since lockdown I am not using my Ather and its idle. Could you please let me know if there is any other way ?
Hey @rsrinivasang oops missed this. There’s no option to pause an Ather subscription plan currently.

What about extending the plans validity by 3 months ? It’s like paying for the service without using it ?
No plans to extend validity either. Ather One/Service was complimentary with your purchase. If you got your vehicle delivered before July 2019, your existing subscription plan has been extended till 30 June 2020.
