Is Ather service Carnival eligible only for periodic service?
Not only periodic maintenances, all the vehicles / transactions involved in those dates are eligible for free health check & discounts said in it. I was replaced my vehicle rear tyre & brake pads by Monday and that was discounted in Service Carnival.

I visited the service center and I was told that this is applicable only for periodic maintenance.
My Ather’s odometer was around 9200 and I was told to give the scooter for servicing and the discount will be applied.
I thought we could get our Athers checked for free without giving them for periodic service.
Can someone clarify this confusion?
