Hi,
Wow! Great …what kind of service you guys are providing…I raised a complaint about shortage of spare parts (belt and break pad) in your service centre and because of same my vehicle are there at your place from past couple of weeks. This is the not reason I purchased Ather to keep at your service centre. You guys inform me that the parts will be available on 27th but till now same issue and if I am not wrong will take more 1 month for arranging the same due to lack of planning and coordinating you guys have.
If I am not wrong in West Bengal you guys have only 2 service centre, and you failed to manage this. And you guys are planning to compete with other companies. I think with this kind of services your dreams are next to impossible.

Is there a way that we can see the availability of parts because calling up the service center, they always say the part is not available and will come after a few days. You call them after a few days and we get a new date. Either there’s a genuine shortage of belts or they don’t want to serve the customers.

No Idea, Visit Service Center for Current Price. My Side Stand Good from the Purchase till now at 94.5k KMs

Nah my side stand is good only thing my little brother often sit on Ather while at side stand which cause play along the vertical direction,due to this whenever I try to pull stand it touches the bottom part which restrict me from opening it, specially family members

Just heard from a friend that in EC, he was told Belt warranty is only 1 year for Rizta. Is it so?
I thought Belt warranty is 20k kms or 3 years for all Ather Products.

The warranty on transmission belts for all our vehicles is 20,000 km or 3 years, whichever comes sooner.

I had replaced my vehicles both belts under warranty but those lasted only for 5000 Kms.I had replaced both of them again and I paid around 7k for the same.does Ather have substandard quality belts to replace under warranty?

Is this announcement still valid for all Ather models? If so, could you clarify why the main website’s warranty FAQ and official documents still state that belts are not covered? Many owners are unaware of this forum update, so I believe it would be best to reflect this change in the official warranty documents and update the main Ather website accordingly

How often does the belt fail? Is there any factor that contribute to quicker belt degradation?

No belt is available in nearby service centre from last few days Scooter is parked in dealership for last 3 days Dealership saying belt will not be available for at least 15 days from now also. Pathetic experience from Ather and it’s dealership.

What about availability of RIZTA belts, Scooter is at dealership for last 4-5 days And they are saying it will take another 15 days atleast for belts to be available at dealership. Bought scooter for daily use… Not for using it when company and dealership want.

I think the belt they used is not up to the mark as when any splash of water or rainy days comes scooter won’t work as a normal day which is difficult to ride in South India. The initial one is lasting till 20k but after it won’t last as such.
