Will try to give some clarity here.
- While we have a bunch of very enthusiastic beta testers, there aren’t nearly enough to test out multiple different versions solely within the beta testing group.
- We also have a significant chunk of Ather scooter owners who don’t use the app regularly and we’re exploring ways in which we can also build for this cohort as well. Part of that involves figuring out what things might excite them and cause them to use the app more frequently.
Is this the best way to conduct this experiment? Probably not. But we will keep improving and getting better - with features as well as processes and systems.
