About delaying full payment and start next process after booking payment done

I have already booked vehicle online paying booking about still not received any call regarding full payment, support team saying you will get call in 7 days but now its already over a month and week that they still saying payment not started for online and all .,. Every time I call they say payments will start in next week… we will call u back… should we just cancel it or they are processing order who are doing on premises booking at showroom… anyone facing same issue or this is only us….


Due to the launch of a new or facelift of the current model most dealers have stopped taking payment and are waiting for the launch. I think you should wait as the upcoming model will be better than the current gen


Yup, I faced the same treatment from the experience centre and then was finally told that I can expect the payment option to be open by August. I couldn’t live with my previous scooter which wasn’t favourable to ride at all. I cancelled my order and bought my dream bike instead.
