true to every word âŚ.bcoz i qm experienecing something similar initally EC guys lied to my face saying you will get RSA free for one year but now they say we have to pay for it .why lie to customer just make us buy the product??
Also they couldnt even put a seat cover propely had visist SC and EC multiple times just to get it fixed then came number plate they couldnt even do proper rivet to number plate had to vist multiple times as the pin is not cut eventualy my moms saree got stuck and its become a safety issue but you know what SC guys said come later âŚfor these guys our safety and lives doesnât matter.Even basic things like indicator doesnât work .
what is the point of paying 1.9lakh for rizta just to get unsafe vehicle and shitty service âŚeven the true range of 125km is big scam âŚthey ask 20k extra for this 25km range but in reality even though i ride in smarteco it gives only 105km sometimes only 100km.dont know why i paid for 1.9lakh for.
when asked Sc guys they said me to ask EC guys who rubbish everything saying you are riding at higher speed mode like zip mode so the range is low without even checking the ride stats and avg speed and modes in which i have driven careless attitude and when confronted they have the audacity to threaten the customer âŚi think Ather is recruting goons so that customers will not complain bcoz of their worst ever vehicle (rizta) at least ola doesnt threaten customers Ather has become much worse than ola now.
we bought Ather for good quality vehicle and good service but everything i experinced is oppostie to what Ather stands for âŚi guess i am wrong to assume Ather is good now i suggest everyone in my circle not buy Ather.

Same thing happened with me i purchased 2.9 kw but provided me 2.7kw without showing any quotation or brochure.

Even with the 3.7kwh itâs the same. Usable is 3.4kwh. They say it is to protect the battery health and to have some as reserve when out of range to power the electronics, unlike OLA which just switches off completely when out of battery. I think other EVs like the Ultraviolette have auxiliary batteries as well.
But in this case itâs weird they have a separate 2.7kwh variant. Need clarification on this.
Those 2.7kwh vehicles are using LFP type batteries. Itâs better compared to others.

2.7kWh Rizta is the best Ather you can buy right now. Its actual battery capacity is 3kWh and its LFP type meaning your battery will last 5+ Lakh KM and be good as new even after 10 years.
2.9kWh variant has the much older NMC tech and actual capacity is 2.7kWh meaning less range than LFP model and will only last around 1.2 lakh KM.
Still want the 2.9kWh variant ?

You reduce the bettery capacity and LFP is cheaper than NMC still your costing the same price of scooter comparing with 2.9kw and also LFP bettry not providing that much power and range as NMC was providing but there is twist NMC providing the almost claim range not true range only with smart meter which is Z model not with simple model which is S model.
How much your savings the money to cut the pocket of customers please confirm because with every details i am planing to go in consumer court. Because in consumer form your reply was not relevant and satisfactory.
LFP batteries are superior to NMC batteries in all parameters except for energy density. LFP batteries are not prone to thermal runaway, lasts longer⌠I mean really longer. Low cost (or Cheap) doesnât mean inferior product.
The word âCheaperâ has killed an amazing car thatâs made in India - Tata Nano.
Yea after 20k service most of the bills are 3k to 6k for every 5k service, some times I feel I would better drive a diesel car which will cost same for 10k service
