Ather REFERRAL PROGRAM - TERMS & CONDITIONS Summary: These Terms & Conditions of the Ather Referral Program (“Terms & Conditions”) are a legal contract (“Agreement”) between You and Ather Energy Private Limited (“Ather”/“We”/“Our”/“Us”/”Company”). You agree and acknowledge that you have read the Terms & Conditions set forth below. If You do not agree to these Terms & Conditions or do not wish to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, you may not use the Services and/or immediately stop using the Services. These Terms & Conditions do not alter in any way the terms of any other agreement you may have with us. These Terms & Conditions are incorporated by reference into our “Terms of Use” (https://www.atherenergy.com/terms) available on our website. Acceptance of our Terms shall constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Definitions:- All terms used herein unless the context otherwise requires, will have the meanings given to such terms in the “Terms of Use”. In addition: “Ather Outlets” shall mean Ather owned, Ather authorized sale and service outlets; “Authorized Dealers” shall mean Ather authorized Retail partners; “Customer” shall mean persons who owns Ather and have a mobile number registered with Company; “Referral Program ‘’ shall mean a program whereby existing Ather owner refer another person for purchasing an Ather scooter; “Referrer” shall mean a person who owns Ather an scooter; “Referee” shall mean a natural person who is referred by the registered Ather scooter owner to purchase an Ather scooter. Validity Program is valid till 30th April.Eligibility:

  1. The program is available to all Ather Community members who own an Ather scooter and have a mobile number registered with Ather.
  2. The phone number & name of the referred person should not change throughout the process i.e Enquiry Generation to Vehicle Retail.
  3. Ather will initiate the process for providing an Amazon gift card worth ₹ 2,000 within 15 working days after the delivery of the scooter. The said gift card will be provided on the registered mobile number of Referrer and Referee.
  4. The validity of gift cards shall be 1 year from the date of issuance and can be used at Amazon app/website.
  5. The reward depends on the number of successful customers referred & not successful vehicle purchases.
  6. The rewards are capped at 5 per person.
  7. If an existing referral/enquiry exists in the name/number of the customer , then the new referral will not be considered for reward. General Terms:
  8. Ather Referral Program is offered at the sole discretion of the Company.
  9. Company shall have sole discretion to reject any person to avail the program or to decide eligibility.
  10. The program shall be applicable throughout India.
  11. To know more about the program you can connect with your nearest Ather Authorized Dealer.
  12. Company shall not be liable to the Customers or any other person for any incorrect information provided, any delays, loss of business, profit, revenue or goodwill, anticipated savings, damages, fees costs, expense, etc. or for any indirect or consequential loss, howsoever arising, on account of opting for this program.
  13. This Program will continue until discontinued, terminated, suspended, modified, extended converted to any other Program by Company at Company’s sole discretion.
  14. You shall indemnify and hold harmless Company, its promoters, officers, directors, employees, affiliates, from any claims, demands, liabilities, suits, proceedings, penalties, costs or expenses of any kind (including, attorneys’ fees and expenses) arising from, or related to breach of these Terms & Conditions or any violation of applicable law.
  15. Company may, in its sole and absolute discretion, can cancel, suspend, terminate any Customer’s participation in the Program for breach of these Terms and conditions or applicable law.16. We reserve the right to make changes to our Website/Applications/Forum, policies, and these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Conditions of Use in force at the time that you use the Website/Applications/Forum, unless any change to those policies or these conditions are required to be made by law or government authority. If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
  16. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, India

Unannounced referral program for April 2024

Here are the details

Who is eligible to submit a referral?

Any member of the Ather Community (people who currently own an Ather scooter) can submit a referral to participate in this program. Please note that referrals can be submitted only via Whatsapp from your mobile numbers registered with Ather Energy.

When is a referral considered successful?

A referral will be considered successful upon completion of delivery of a newly-purchased scooter to the referee.

What is the reward for the referrer and the referee upon a successful referral?

Upon successful completion of a referral, the referrer and referee are both rewarded with Amazon gift cards worth ₹ 2,000 each. The gift cards will be shared with them via the same numbers from which the referral was submitted and the new scooter was purchased.

When will the gift card reward be received by the referrer and referee?

The gift card will be shared within 15 working days of successful delivery of the new scooter, via Whatsapp, to both the referee and the referrer.

Is there a limit on the number of referrals that can be submitted?

Yes, a referrer can submit a maximum of 5 referrals from their registered phone number.

Is there a limit on the number of rewards per referral submitted?

Yes, rewards are limited to 1 gift card per referral, i.e. if a referee buys 2 scooters, both the referrer and the referee will still receive only 1 Amazon gift card worth ₹ 2,000 each.

What happens if the referee purchases a scooter but uses a different phone number for the transaction?

The success of the referral will be tracked for the submitted phone number only. If your referee ends up purchasing a scooter but uses a different phone number, the referral will not be classified as successful and no rewards shall be provided.

Is there a cutoff date for the referral program?

Yes, to avail the referral reward, the referee needs to complete their purchase (invoicing) of an Ather scooter within 60 days of the referral being submitted.

On the same lines of referral program, can we use the old referral credits (3.5k per referral with referral code) to purchase any of the new Ather accesories since service pack is now discontinued.

This is a new referral program details not yet announced but it’s mentioned referer and referee gets amazon vouchers. The old program which gives Ather credits only option to use now is on Ather connect plan and nothing else. I have asked for a solution to use accumulated credits as my gen 1.5 doesn’t require connect plan zero uses for all the credits @tarun @tarunsmehta in ACDC²⁴ have asked someone to note down my number to discuss later. Hope they will contact me

Is this a silent launch or yet to launch let the community know the details looks like it’s valid till April 30th. So only 20 odd days left. Terms made on April 1st but no announcement made.
