You can charge your Rizta in the Ather Grid as well as the Vida Grid.

All u need is to maintain a sufficient balance in ur Ather Charging wallet

Mine is 450X Gen 4. Bought in June 2024. I raised a ticket for this issue and surprisingly a customer service executive asked me for a screenshot, which is ironic. If I had a screenshot why would I be raising an issue. LoL!

As Rizta owner Never faced such instances with stats so far. Did 1600k in 30 days of ownership, App is fine with all the riding stats.Maybe due to network it can be delayed in your case.

Range depends on your riding style bro. gentle driving and minimizing harsh acceleration can yield significant improvements in the number of kilometers or miles covered on a single charge. Take a Try. You will achieve much more than the IDC.

something is eriously wtong with your software kindly check it bcoz it cant be true .i have Ather rizta z varient and what ever best driving style i ptactise it doesnt show more than 121 in smart eco and 100km in zip mode but in reality i get 105 to 100km in smarteco instead of 121 as it shown so it bullshit values to keep the owner happy but in reality Ather is trying con us into thinking we are getting good range .if i am wrong kindly prove it, only then i can believe not just the range it shows in app…
