About the size thing m is kinda small and it its a bit troublesome to remove the helmet the cushion will crub ur forehead Unless u have have a small head then no issues Check with other helmet one time

Looks like , for now they are shipping Halo to folks who selected home charger. May be MPC(Multi Purpose Charger) for Rizta not ready yet.

The manual for Ather HALO mostly focuses on Android methodology. What about iOS.
I tried paring my phone to HALO. Though I was able to connect to halo in bluetooth, it is not showing up in app.
If it doesnât show up in app then we cant use its features like chit chat and music sharing.

Wanted to understand if any updated app or dashboard patch awaited in this frontâŚ!???
Guessing is this any reason behind not delivering second HALO or the delay in the entire process of deliveries.
Expecting some transparency on this as a new product should not mess up with such price tag and hype. Also its ok to be transparent so we can understand rather being frustrated.

Received my Halo yesterday 2 issues we are facing with it
- There is no audio when making and receiving calls. Speakers work fine with music, not with calls
- There is no option to connect helmet in ios app
Anyone else faced similar issues ?

@smridhi.kalati if Halo wonât connect with iOS then Iâd like to delay by helmet till it is sorted. I donât need it if I canât use it.

It can connect with iOS like normal earphones do.
The iOS app needs to be updated to enable features like ChitChat and Music Sharing, or for the Halo to show up in the Ather app for iOS.
I think the app update will be released this month with all fixes like Live Charging notifications, Album Art not showing up, Call decline with message on iOS and the planned Phase 2 new features like Ping My Scooter, Location sharing, Enhanced Location Tracking, etc.

oh u have to push the type c port inside like really inside u will hear an soft snap after connecting ware the helmet then check again if ther is no audio still check the port again

I am able to hear songs - so the speakers work for that. Itâs just calls that are not working

allow the device to access the phone calls and media audio
go to bluetooth sellect your Halo
then allow media and phone calls it should work

The only available options are device type and sync contacts. I have tried with all the available device types

can u do one thing forget the deivce the device
then press and hold untill the halo starts blinking then try again also do ware ur helmet as the sensor will only turn on when it detects ur head so no audio till u ware ur helmet

Yes. Did the unpairing and repairing about 4-5 times . Still the same result.

HALO currently is connecting through the bluetooth directly.
I have connect it through same and tested speaker and mic sound quality. Had to say one thing sound quality is very nice.
Will post my observations in couple of days as itâs not fair to write something without proper testing.

So dam true have been enjoying my helmet since last couple of days
Everything itâs really nice atleast for me everything works fine except the helmet comfort as I have a big head and a small helmet it scrubs my forehead while removing
If they could only change the cloth to somthing more softer one then itâs a really nice helmet
Pro tip: if the Ather for some reason disconnects the music just click the button back of ur helmet and ur music is right back on so more fighting with ur phone to reconnect it 
Battery drain is almost 10% per day so ezy 10 days it will last (daily commute is almost 1hr to up and down With max volume )
