I would like to thank for a good reply. But simultaneously I would like to suggest one thing that to avoid such things in future for the vehicles you delivered, you should make an mandatory inspection check point of such things in the service so that not only in assembly fault but in any service duration also no mechanic would do it wrong fitting.
