Switch on smart eco mode. With the new update rizta got Eco mode. I’m eco mode you can’t switch modes with accelerator being used. Only Smart eco mode works that way.

Its 4800 on the app currently for Halo+Bit. They have subsidized the ful face halo, it’s currently 6999 but as per Tarun it will come down to 5K.

Sometimes simple things like indicator is having lag and starts after few seconds. Restart or shutdown doesn’t fix it

Sometime lag on reverse mode when I press reverse button it showing reverse animation and sound but when I accelerate it go forward and back to riding mode. Issue not occur every time but only sometimes

I am facing a problem with Auto Hold. Earlier, whenever Auto Hold was activated, I could simply press the brake to deactivate it. But now, it doesn’t deactivate with the brake. It only deactivates when I give acceleration or when I switch to reverse mode. It does not deactivate with the brake anymore.
If the brake sensor was faulty, the scooter wouldn’t even start. But the scooter is running perfectly fine otherwise. I have also attached a video for reference.
Software: Atherstack 7 Vehicle: Rizta Z 2.9 kWh with Pro Pack Odo: 10,400+ km
If anyone else has faced this issue, please share your experience. Also, those who have a Rizta Z and have updated to Atherstack 7, kindly check and let me know if you are also facing this problem or if it’s working fine for you

Not able to turn off smart eco. Only me or anyone else facing this issue. Restart/shutdown didn’t fix anything also facing network issue signal bar goes nil will strike off on bars after every restart. Signal comes back after a lot of time when I plug charger and leave overnight

I got the Ather stack 7 update 2 days back and from then my entire scooter is feeling like laggy laggy the screen get paused at some time and while iam riding at 40 and suddenly applies break and again accelerate to 40 the change in speed will be displayed on the screen after sometime like when iam accelerating then it till display as iam breaking and it should my speed is getting reduced but actually it’s increasing, this new ui is like running a high graphics game of a low end pc and also my indicator is not working properly when i turn the indicator button on it won’t show the light but it gets on after sometime by that time I’ll already cross the road. Is any else facing this issue or do any one know the resolution to this problem.

Yes atherstack 7 is too much laggy but indicator not connected with software only it’s sound and display arrow connect with software if you press left then your indicator will glow but sound and arrow not show

The Auto Hold problem I was facing has now resolved on its own. I think water might have entered one of the sensors.
I had washed the scooter yesterday, and after that, it was left out in the rain for 2–3 hours. When I kept it overnight, the issue disappeared by itself. Now, Auto Hold is deactivating normally with the brake again.
So, it seems like it was a temporary sensor issue caused by water.

Optimised charge function is not working after update, nor it can be seen in the settings menu. Just happened today even though atherstack 7 update is rolled out a while ago. Anyone facing similiar issues?

After service my rizta z range down it’s showing 115 km eco mode and no body have this answer 
and range drop to fast

You are on atherstack 7. In as7 there is eco mode which give 115km range so enable smarteco mode from setting then you got 125km .and your range drop problem is solved

I am having the same issue, but I think my problem is with the brake lever itself. I got it changed when I went for servicing as SC is 70kms from my place when I came back I noticed the same issue and my brake light is always on now issue is with same rear brake lever that is registering all the time. Talked to SC manager said I have to bring it back to get it fixed

Many Bugs faces after atherstack 7 update in rizta
- Can’t Connect Bluetooth, it’s keeping showing connecting. Further multi paring phones addition in new dashboard not working properly.
- Sometimes location of scooter on dashboard and app stop changing even if it is moving or parked at different locations, it keep showing same location.
- Not showing rides stats properly ie showing map rides history
- Not Receiving Calls on dashboard.
- Optimize Charging option not showing in app and dashboard Above problems not solving even from resetting. Please check

Try restarting the bike once even I had this issue but after restarting it things was working

Issues Faced After Atherstack 7 Update in Rizta:

Bluetooth Connectivity Issues: Unable to connect to Bluetooth — it keeps showing “Connecting…” without establishing a stable connection. A restart is required every time to connect a Bluetooth device.

Location Not Updating: The scooter’s location on both the dashboard and the app sometimes stops updating. Even when the scooter is moving or parked at a different location, it continues to show the same (old) location.

Ride Stats Display Issue: Ride statistics are not displayed correctly — the map and related data are either missing or inaccurate.

Indicator Malfunction: The indicator does not work properly. When the indicator button is turned on, the light doesn’t come on immediately. It turns on after a delay, by which time I’ve already crossed the road.

Media Control Delay: It takes 3–4 presses to change a song, indicating a lag or unresponsiveness in media controls.
