I am unable to opt for any subscription plans.
I have already reported to Ather through call last january. Still the issue seems to be unresolved. Again I called couple of days back and already sent a mail regarding this issue 2 days back. Reference no.125808
Not sure how many times I need to contact to get this issue resolved. I am getting a feeling that ather customer service is getting worse day by day.
No matter whether I try from mobile site or desktop website. I get the same error. My service has been due as it has crossed 10000km and for past 3 months I am unable to opt for any ather 450 plans.
Tired of calling ather everyday to get the same response again and again.
