I installed Treel TPMS from JK tyre dealership in my car (5 for 2600 with installation), which performs well. As soon as I pass my vehicle, the data gets updated, and I will receive the required alert. No restart, no connecting to Bluetooth (just keep it ON). I am thinking of getting it for Ather as well. They have quoted 1000 for 2 with installation.

In my Use case, Most of the time the Data is So Perfect.
Because Whenever I try to Top up, The Value is same as the Shown Data.
- It changes often while riding due to Heats.
In those cases Your TPMS might be Dead One

Okay considering all the replies, letâs say either my unit was faulty or the old manufacturer problem, in either case why should I pay for both the units (front & rear) when only one of the unit is faulty?
Note: They are selling the TPMS only in pairs. They donât even have a program to replace TMPS units individually if there is a problem with just one.

Yes, they are. Just check on Google Maps and call the dealership to enquire.

It comes in pair from supplier. Ather donât have much control on it.

This very statement itself is very wrong, donât you think? Ather is not just reselling the Treelâs product. They are selling the product as Ather TPMS with their own logo on it. So it doesnât matter to the end customer on who is manufacturing and whatâs the agreement between them.
All we need is a reliable product and the replacements should not be this painful.

Under warranty bro. They knew about my repeated issues with TPMS so they swapped saying this is new model it will definitely solve your issues.

Whatâs the procedure to install the new Treel TPMS? I ordered mine with the ACDC discount and gave to SC alongside 15k service â but they asked to take my serviced vehicle back and give again only for TPMS installation, because of long weekend (I donât need it urgently so asked them to keep it for few days)
Do they pair the TPMS to the scooter online? Why is there such a convoluted procedure?
On one of my rides I had a brand new red 450 behind me and coincidentally I did a hard reset on my Ather (because of BT issues). I then got that new Atherâs screen, including TPMS and Factory Mode, on my 1 ½ year old Ather lol

Ask them what would be the price if they do it with periodic service and do it on a different day. I noticed the service centres play nicely to not to club such things with periodic service.
I was asking them to replace brake pads, they asked me to come after a week, so that they can charge extra. I didnât know about this, later one of our community member shared this pic that explains what are covered in periodic service.

Iâm also installing Frunk, so I asked if it could be clubbed with the service. They agreed to that, but said TPMS installation has to be charged because of the removal of tyre and such.
Wish my tyre was at EOL, wouldâve replaced that too. SA said I could upgrade the tyre prematurely since the MRF ones are terrible, but itâs almost end of rains, donât see much need of it again.

I installed TPMS on my 450X on April 2023 and just after one year it started showing outdated readings and sometimes no readings at all, whenever I visit service center they just reset it and install some new firm or may be flash the existing firmware and give it back which works for some days and again same issue appears , also at Ather everything including scooter , battery and charger has 3 years warranty but TPMS got only 1 year and donât know how long the battery in TPMS will last , 5K for TPMS is not worthy and instead Ather either must reduce the price or must recall all older gen TPMS and install the Newer Gen which comes with Apex

This is exactly my point. The older gen TPMS definitely has some issues. And they silently rolled out a new version.
The worst part about this is, all the out of warranty devices even though you have issue with one of the sensors, you are forced to buy both at full price. How is this justified?

Same experience here the rear tpms value is stuck after the new stack update.
