I received excellent service from the Ather Service Centre in Killipalam, Trivandrum. The service team listened to my complaint about a battery issue, investigated the problem, reported the issue to Ather Energy, and Ather Energy promptly followed up and resolved the issue. I received a replacement for my battery with fresh batteries. @smridhi.kalati @tarun

Nice. How much time it took for replacement batteries. They were really brand new or refurbished ???
