I have cancelled the ather dot installation since the apartment didn’t approve and I have also paid 5000 excess for portable charger during delivery and asked for refund from ather . Even after following up with ather customer care for 10-15 times through calls, mails and even informed in their own showroom in chennai for past three months, I haven’t got any refund, all they tell is we will talk to the team and get back to you. This same statement I have been hearing from them for past three months. Failing to refund , I have to post my grievance in consumer portal and also need to take legal action on ather.
