Why WhatsApp Notifications Only When Stopped?
If we can only check notifications when the scooter is stopped, what’s the point? Most of us use smartwatches and can see notifications on the go. Why not have a pop-up that shows the entire message for a few seconds while riding?

I think the thing they are in look out is no texting while riding or reading while riding. Else the entire laptop cound have made it in the display 
And we all will be looking like this 
Small pop up should come like WhatsApp MSG came or something and small brief of the Contact details from which it came. It is still in beta in final update they will give if lots of people need pop up.
Yeah, showing the contact/group from which the message came would be great. Safer than showing the whole text, but more informative than just saying ki message has come (might need to needlessly stop the scooter and then realize it was a useless commercial message)
While riding, Sender name preview would be better rather than the entire message popup. It’s safety concerns hence the preview is only available when haulted.
