The rear grab handle is for that. But I guess you are talking another grab handle (oval ring type) on the other side.
There is no provision currently for that. Right from the footrest to this, Ather scooters arr not for pillion sitting on one side. Because if you really look from the safety point of view, sitting one side itself isn’t safe.
