My ride data has not synced since Feb 20th till now, any update as to when this will be resolved?

Got delivery on 22nd . Hasn’t been working since then. No maps or connectivity since the purchase. But it was working during the registration process n when vehicle was in was in hosur factory and it also synced with the app during this time. How is it possible it was working before March 22nd but not later?
