Why previous service history vanished from Ather app recently? I checked both of my vehicles, others can confirm the same.
That’s why one should preserve their invoices. I just thought if someone had deleted their Whatsapp chats, didn’t take physical invoice or not kept them properly, how are they gonna prove if they had to claim warranty of, for example, when was the Belt replaced last? The SC might but not necessarily have data, we’ve seen such cases.
Or an accessory like Side step, when I claimed it’s warranty they asked me to furnish the purchase invoice.
