Is there a problem with my account ather portal. I am unable to login even after resetting the password.
Every time after login it takes me back to the login page.

From IE i get an Error 404 page not found
Happens sometimes for me too. Just clear cookies & cache data in your browser and then try again, it may work. If not then report to info@atherenergy.com
It was sometime back, now it is working.
Yes, happend to me too. Got fixed by logging in to app.atherenergy.com then click on ‘forum’ on the navigation bar there. Then just clicking sign in on forum worked 
Also Ather team should add the feature of staying signed in. Signing in again and again is a lot of problem especially when you have a long password.
