Is the road side assistance provided for free if I run out of charge while on the road?
This scenario was made clear to me when I took delivery. Road Side Assistance(RSA) due to lack of charge is a chargeable component.
I’ve had an instance where I was stranded with the vehicle not in a moveable condition and RSA came to pick it up. I was not charged anything for it.
In all, I’ve had 3 service calls and have not spent any money out of pocket till date.
