I made a payment for the EBW to a nearby dealership, but they are refusing to provide an invoice and claim they cannot bill me for the EBW service for another 2–3 weeks as it is currently “out of stock.”
To be honest, my experience with owning the Ather 450X over the past 5 days has been disappointing. The dealership has consistently made excuses. For example, I received my vehicle invoice only 4 days after purchase, and only after repeated follow-ups.
Initially, they gave me a perfectly working charger. Later, they called me back to the showroom and replaced it with a faulty one, stating that they had “accidentally given me a charger meant for another vehicle.” The current charger makes a loud humming noise, which I know is not normal—I’m familiar with how a properly functioning charger sounds.
I’ve already raised multiple complaints via Twitter and the in-app ticket system. Shockingly, the showroom staff themselves advised me to keep posting videos on social media so that someone higher up might “feel pity” and allow them to replace the charger.
Frankly, I don’t understand how Ather operates. This process has been frustrating and exhausting. My vehicle is only 3 days old, and yet I’ve been left to chase basic support and resolution. Eventually, I assume I will be given a new charger—so why go through all this trouble?
Please look into this urgently. I expect proper service and timely resolution.

I think Ather updated 80,000kms to 1,10,000 kms on 870 warranty. It was showing in app, When I check on website still it was old as 870(8years - 80,000kms). Kindly check every one who purchased 870 plan, and update here to let other know if your vehicle also updated.
