Thank you @melvin.wilson . While your team is at it, can you please resolve another issue I am facing. My purchase is that of an Ather 450X and but my scooter and app are showing 450 plus. When I spoke to service they said the performance upgrade patch has to be deployed to my scooter which will be over the air. Can you please deploy the performance upgrade patch for my scooter as soon as possible and also fix the issue in my app, so that it shows 450X there and I can start using the bluetooth functionality.

The duration of current ride is missing it was very helpful for me, or maybe it’s there and i am not seeing please help find it.

When are we getting the patch update
Unfortunately, duration isn’t there for current ride in dashboard. However You can check in the app as of now. I miss this feature too

today, I took long ride 66 kms. In ride log, it showed efficiency as 18wh/km. This is incorrect. Battery consumed 100% to 27%. reported to Ather support. Anyone else observing similar issue with efficiency figure?
Another point is efficiency data for trips and other details which were available earlier are needed in dashboard itself. all these data points must be available again in dashboard. Hope, motive is not to push for app subscription moving such important data points in app only.

Hi, I need some urgent assistance here. I ordered my brand-new Ather 450X 3.1 on January 14, 2023. I made the full payment at the dealership (Pondicherry), and on January 21, 2023, they delivered the vehicle. I noticed that it was not Gen 3.1, but Gen 3. I noticed that the Gen 3.1 has some hardware changes, like new seats and new stickers on wheels, etc. The showroom guys are telling me all the models are the same, but I can see the changes and I am not convinced. How do I solve this issue?

After reading the threads, so far, I understood this way that Ather Energy has only one prototype scooter (Ather 450) based on which only two variants/models are marketed at the moment:
- Ather 450 plus (base model)
- Athet 450X
Latest version under Ather 450X is Ather 450X Gen 3.1 which is an upgraded version Ather plus through a software update called performance upgrade. I may be corrected

Just ask them for a seat upgrade. If they say you need to pay ₹3200, then it’s old else you received a new one.
BTW, which colour you bought it? Because the new colour variants were not available on gen 3.
It’s always better send email to info@atherenergy.com or talk to their customer care instead of talking to the EC team.

correction:
yes, 450+ and 450x have the same hardware. however 450+ has been limited via software to have less range and slower acceleration.
Gen3 refers to the third generation of 450+ and 450x sold by Ather.
in the latest community day event, Ather launched the Gen3.1 of 450+ and 450x. the 3.1 has minor hardware upgrades, which includes a new seat, different stickers and new colours. Performance, software and remaining hardware is absolutely identical to the Gen3.
