Procedure to remove the charging cable is as follows
- Insert the key and turn on
- Solenoid should disengage the nozzle and you should be hearing a click sound
- Now you pull out the charging cable
Note, solenoid disengagement happens upon turning on the key and it is irrespective of presence/absence of power.
If case the solenoid is not disengaged even when the vehicle is turned on, you may try by shutting down and restarting the scooter. If you continue to see the issue, you may please call the customer support.
