how does ather troubleshoot charger ?

a recent issue with my Ather 450x brought this question to my mind. does Ather have any system & equipment to troubleshoot the performance of Ather dot at client premises ?

i ask this, because it is definitely difficult to uninstall Ather dot by disconnecting sealed connections made which are sort of waterproof & a simple voltage & current check may not give correct idea of performance under load.

If Dot ever has a problem it will self show red color led indicating the issue. When the technician visits he will do the testing and will force update dot from your scooter if that doesn’t work they may make the call for replacement.
