It’s completely baseless. They have no proof to back their claim that it reduces safety. No studies. No statistics. Nada. All based on some random made up self justified logic. I always though Kerala was ahead of the country in terms of law and basic common sense. Looks like they’ve proved it wrong. Most of these helmet cameras are full faced helmets and these full face helmets with mounts are less safe than Chinless ISI certified helmets ? :expressionless::expressionless:

Remember seeing a video from Kerala where a bunch of bikers were stopped by cops - for a blackened sun visor on the full face helmets.

The premise was that, with a blacked out visor, cops can’t see the face of the rider. :man_facepalming:t2:
