Today I received call from Ather that they are starting to delivering the halo helmet next week
When did you make your payment for your helmet? Is it within a week after booking the helmet on the ACDC community day event?

Has anyone worn these helmets apart from the prototypes shown in acdc event… Ather called me asking for confirmation and i told them without even putting them on, how to confirm the sizes and colors.
Use a flexible tape to measure the circumference of your head just above your eyebrows and confirm the size.
But since you got the call and confirmed the size already, I doubt you will be able to change it. But you can try calling the support if any deviation once.

I am yet to get any message or call. When called the customer care, they just said I may get call by yesterday or today. And the customer care executive is notuch aware of things. Ather is not handling things properly in terms of giving full details on their products to their customer care executives. Pathetic…
I agree this, even they donno whats @atherunlocked means. Every Time I have to Explain that. + www.atherenergy.com/unlocked is not yet updated.
