Charger Authentication Error all of a sudden today morning and for the first time since delivery in March 2020. Why did this happen? I had read about this issue earlier and it is not that encouraging to find that this is still not sorted out. Anyway, I stayed cool instead of calling the CC at 5.00am. I just reset the charger and it started charging the scooter. But the question remains, why does this happen?
Same error once more today morning at 5.30am. Twice within a week. Something wrong or is it the way it is?

I don’t think it is a common issue. Better you raise a service ticket.
