I was trying to charge my ather 450x at ather grid but the charger was not getting detected by the bike. So i call the customer support, the lady was not able to understand my problem. Then she told me that a technician will call me in 15 mins. No call came back from them. I had a plan to charge at the grid and go ahead but unfortunately had to return home with 2% charge left. The customer support was pathetic what if my house was far away from there i would have got stuck there. They should atleast follow up if someone is stuck at a charging point.
