I have paid for the Connect Pro package for the whole year but now I was told all the features would be released in March or later. Then why are we being given an option to pay now? Also why is there no declaration while purchasing the subscription that features are not fully running yet? The subscription period of 1 year should start after they launch all features

Which features are you mentioning about.
AFAIK all connect related features are available. The feature not available right now as per software is bluetooth.
Bluetooth doesn’t require any connect plans to be taken it works irrespective of weather we are in a subscription or not.
So let us know which feature you are specifying if I am missing something.
