Connect Pro subscription issue

Subscribed to connect pro on 11th Jan. Dealer told they would activate in 24 hours, support center responded by email that they are updating the app and it should work by 20th Jan. Still it is not working, is it just for my bike, or there is an issue in general.

Visited dealers center today in Pune, even they are clueless about the issue. Request Ather software team to look into it.
